If there are any keys to good macro photography, they're focus and composition, and frankly, you've nailed them brilliantly. The leaves, though bright and vibrant, do not distract, but only complement your true subject, and this is mostly due to what I think is seemless work in the aforementioned departments ;).

The subject of the piece itself is one of its greatest features. Not often have I seen snail photography, and I don't assume I'll see it often afterward. Let me tell you, it's far more pleasing to see a fresh image, instead of more flower photography.

In all, I think it's splendid work. Nice job :thumbsup:
